They usually develop from flowers after fertilization during the growth of the plant. Fruits come in many types and shapes, are brightly colored, and have flavors ranging from sweet to sour. These characteristics make fruits an indispensable part of people's daily diet.

Fruits have very high nutritional value and are usually rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, fiber and antioxidants. These nutrients are important in maintaining good health, strengthening the immune system, improving digestion and preventing chronic disease.

Based on botanical classification, fruits can be divided into various types such as:

1. *Berrys*: Such as grapes, blueberries, and tomatoes. The pulp of these fruits is juicy and the seeds are distributed in the pulp.

2. *Drupe fruits*: Such as peaches, cherries, and plums. These fruits have a hard core surrounding the seeds.

3. *Pome fruits*: Such as apples and pears. The seeds of these fruits are wrapped in a thin film, and the pulp is relatively dense.

4. *Citrus*: Such as oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. The peels of these fruits are thicker and the pulp is divided into multiple small capsules.

5. *Melons*: Such as watermelon, cantaloupe, and pumpkin. These fruits are usually larger in size and have juicier pulp.
