A:  We offer fresh fruits at their prime conditions by keeping our supply chain short, meaning that the deliciousness are delivered straight from the farms to your home. Unlike supermarkets or other chain stores, our products do not go through warehouses, which reduce lead time to the delivery and help maintain the product quality. Q: How do I place an order?
A: Placing an order is simple. It is very much like shopping in a brick-and-mortar store, where you put the items in your cart and pay. See details for purchase & delivery here. 

Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: We accept credit cards, Alipay HK (works with "Consumption Vouchers"), Paypal, cash deposit and cheque. We encourage you to use credit cards, Alipay HK or Paypal in order to get your order confirmed quickly and enjoy the fresh fruits sooner. Based on our experience, cash deposit and cheque generally take a longer time to process. We are working hard on offering more payment options for you and we will be taking PayMe soon. Stay tuned! 

Q: How does delivery work?

Q: I still haven't received my order despite the delivery time has passed. What should I do?
It may be due to certain traffic issues of that day. Please contact us through WhatsApp (852) 5238 3875 indicating your order number, and we will track the status for you ASAP.

Q: I am not happy with my order. Can I request for a refund, exchange or return?
